Getting Married in Alderney

You can get married in Alderney providing one of the people to be married is resident in Alderney for at least 6 days in total prior to the wedding ceremony. Civil marriages are solemnised by the Greffier of the Court of Alderney who is the Registrar for Births, Marriages and Deaths. Prior to your marriage you will need to attend the Court Office to give Notice of your intention to marry.
