Transfer of Leasehold Property
To assign a leasehold property, or to create a new lease, a draft copy of the proposed lease or assignment of the lease has to be submitted to the Registrar at least 21 days before the transfer is due to take place, together with a completed 
Duty on Long Leases Form [126kb].
After 21 days has elapsed, the original dated and signed copy of the lease or assignment should be submitted, together with a Form A and Form C or D. Leasehold Duty and Registration Fee are payable.
