An Alderney registered company is required to appoint a resident agent within 14 days of incorporation. The resident agent may be a Guernsey licenced corporate services provider or a company director who is resident on Alderney.

The information on beneficial ownership provided cannot be disclosed to any member of the public and is held securely by the Company Registrar. Disclosure of this information can only be made pursuant to an authorised request by a competent authority.
